Andrew G

Andrew Jonas Günsberg (born 1973 in Brisbane, Australia; better known as Andrew G) is the revered statesman of Channel in Australia. The longest standing member of the current cast, he worked his way onto the screen having spent considerable time in radio broadcasting and still holds a job on Nova's 96.9 radio station. Early viewers may remember his trademark pony-tail hair cut, however he has since blossomed into a true ladies man. During the first season of Australian Idol, he co-hosted with James Mathison as they became available to a broader audience as the show was broadcast on public television. Ever humble about himself and his Brisvegas background, he has always been bashful when asked about his title of "Cleo's" bachelor of the year in 2003. Andrew has always seemed like the metaphorically cool host of the party, who truly cares for all of his guests.
