Amy Tan
Amy Tan (Chinese: 譚恩美; pinyin: Tán Ēnměi) (born February 19, 1952) is a Chinese American author. Citing her mother as "her inspiration...," Tan uses traditional Chinese customs clashing with American customs as the main foundation for her works.
