Allen Welsh Dulles
Allen Welsh Dulles (April 23, 1893 – January 29, 1969) was the first civilian Director (1953-1961) of the Central Intelligence Agency and a member of the Warren Commission. Dulles was the younger brother of John Foster Dulles, Eisenhower's Secretary of State and main United Fruit Company shareholder.
