All American Girl is a book written by Meg Cabot for teenagers.

The story is about a girl named Sam who lives in Washington D.C. She's perfectly normal, has two sisters (one older, one younger), two very annoying parents, and no boyfriend. One day, on the way to an art lesson, she skips class and decides to go to a music store. She notices the president going into Capitol Cookies. She also notices a man acting very suspiciously, and takes action. Sam is immediately treated as a hero for saving the president's life, and catches the eye of the President's son, David.
