Alferd Packer
Alferd Packer (November 21 1842 – April 23 1907) {{ref|myref-24|1}} is popularly known as one of only two Americans ever imprisoned for cannibalism, alongside Albert Fish. First tried for murder, Packer was eventually sentenced to jail for 40 years after being convicted of manslaughter.{{ref|myref-25|2}}
