Alexandre Brongniart


 

Alexandre Brongniart (17701847) was a French chemist and zoologist, who collaborated with Georges Cuvier. He was the son of architect, Alexandre-Théodore Brongniart and father of the botanist Adolphe Théodore Brongniart.
