Recent projects

aladin has been off the radar recently as for four years until 2004 he was in government in London in charge of its cultural strategy http://www.london.gov.uk/mayor/csg/csgmmbrs.jsp and was leading the strategy and management consulting firm alkhemi. He is now returning to public performance, making contrasting, unannounced but reportedly well received guest appearances in London at the legendary comedy venue Hackney Empire and the noted contemporary arts centre Chisenhale Dance Space.

Most recently, in 2005 aladin has finally surfaced as one of the global stars of Book of Cool, a broadcast TV, DVD and book project featuring the work of some two dozen of the world?s greatest exponents of skills such as skateboarding, basketball and frisbee. He is the sole entertainer or magician as well as only Briton included. He was filmed at the exclusive London nightclub Sketch. This project is virtually the only accessible trace of the artist's work anywhere. Its website plays a movie giving a brief glimpse of his touted abilities and charisma.
