aladin and magicians

It is worth noting that magicians in general have little or no knowledge of aladin, partly as he apparently does not generally attend magic conventions and perhaps also as his work is mainly staged off-the-map as far as those with an interest in popular magic are concerned. However, his friendships with the likes of Jeff Sheridan and Lennart Green may be an indicator of his standing with some magicians. He is also known to Derren Brown, it is thought because aladin recognised Brown?s potential some time before other magicians did.
