Al Unser
Alfred Unser (born May 29, 1939 in Albuquerque, New Mexico) is a former U.S. automobile racer. He is the younger brother of Bobby Unser and father of Al Unser, Jr.. He is one of three people to have won the Indianapolis 500 four times and is the only person to have both a sibling (Bobby) and child (Al Jr.) who have also won the race. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Unser has led 646 laps at the Indianapolis 500. As of 2005 this is the most of any driver.
