Aktiengesellschaft
The German term Aktiengesellschaft (IPA /'aktsi?ng?zεlʃaft/) (abbreviated AG) means a corporation which is limited by shares, i.e., owned by shareholders. It may be traded on the stock market. The term is used in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
