Musical
Aida was later used as the basis and title of a musical drama in two acts from Disney Theatrical with music by Elton John, lyrics by Tim Rice, and book by Linda Woolverton, Robert Falls, and David Henry Hwang. The Broadway production ran in the Palace Theatre between 2000 and 2004. It is currently running as a national tour.
