Administrative Centre
Administrative Centre (or administration centre) is often used in Norway to refer to a county town or a town or place where a kommune is led from. It can also be used for another area of administration, for example a colony, overseas territory, and so on. In other countries, the phrase can be used to mean the place where firms operate, but rarely in norwegian.
