Adams is a town located in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 8,809.
History
Adams was first settled in 1762 and was officially incorporated in 1778. Also of note, historical American civil rights leader Susan B. Anthony was born in Adams on February 15, 1820.
