Adam's Rib
![]() Adam's Rib is a 1949 American film in which Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy play married lawyers who take opposing sides on a case in which a woman tries to frighten her adulterous husband, by shooting at him while he is with another woman(during which she does shoot him a few times, but in the film, says that she only attended to frighten him, having no intention to kill or injure her husband).
