Acrobatics
Acrobatics (from Greek Akros, high and bat, walking) is one of the performing arts. Acrobatics involves difficult feats of balance, agility, and coordination. Most things in this athetic category need a lot practice to do, and often need to be worked up to, doing similar but easier versions of the act first before trying the end result.
