Abington Township School District v. Schempp (consolidated with Murray v. Curlett), {{ussc|374|203|1963}} was a United States Supreme Court case argued on February 27–28, 1963 and decided on June 17, 1963. In the case, the Court decided 8-1 in favor of the respondent, Edward Schempp, and declared sanctioned organized Bible reading in public schools in the United States to be unconstitutional.
