A Countess From Hong Kong
A Countess From Hong Kong was Charlie Chaplin's last film. It was made in England and released in 1967. It was Chaplin's only color film. Except for a brief scene as a steward, Chaplin directed and produced the film only. The film starred Marlon Brando, Sophia Loren and Sydney Chaplin (Charlie Chaplin's second son). This film is best known for the theme music which became the hit song 'This is My Song' created by Chaplin. Since the film was and remains to be almost universally disliked the success of the song made back the money spent on the film.
