Plot hole

A possible flaw in the story occurs when Lucy visits the aquarium after she broke up with Henry. We learn later she has been living at the hospital, where she has been painting images of Henry from her dreams. When she makes eye contact with Henry at the aquarium, wouldn't she recognize him as she did when she saw him at the hospital?

Answer: At this point of the film when she sees him at the aquarium, it was representative of her not remembering who he was anymore. By the time he runs into her at the hospital/center, time has passed and she has drawn many pictures of him. She still does not know who he is when he arrives but she recognizes him as the guy in all the pictures hanging in her studio.
