29th Canadian parliament


 

The 29th Canadian parliament was in session from 1972 until 1974. The membership was set by in the 1972 federal election and it was dissolved prior to the 1974 election. It was controlled by a Liberal Party of Canada, but they only could form a minority government needing support of David Lewis's NDP. The Liberals were led by Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau.
